Rajasthan -

A rich history of chivalry and honor, the romance of the desert life, beautiful lakes and ornamental palaces, vibrant colors and living traditions; Rajasthan is truly the Land of Kings! This desert land of colorful contrasts, joyous folkdances, fairs and festivals, fascinating handicrafts, mouthwatering local cuisine and some of the most warm and hospitable people in India is indeed a celebration of life.

Jaipur: The charming capital city of Rajasthan, also known as the “Pink City”, is famous for its many gateways, craggy forts, opulent palaces and delightful markets. Jaipur is a shoppers’ paradise and is known for its jewellery, textiles, handicrafts and more.

Udaipur: The romantic City of Lakes enchants you with its City palace, its charming accommodations and traditions, its quaint, narrow lanes full of bazaars, art and heritage, its greenery and pleasant climate. Nearby is the stunning marble temple of Ranakpur.

Jodhpur: Also known as the Blue City, it is the first of the three stone-sculpted cities rising out of the golden sands of Rajasthan. Standing guard above the city is the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Also very interesting are the markets in the Old City.

Jaisalmer: Deep in the heart of the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, Jaisalmer has all the romance of a dusty, desert town with the most aesthetic palaces and havelis (traditional mansions) you’ve ever seen. Known as the Golden City due to the color of its sandstone, Jaisalmer is also the entry point for safaris into the sand dunes and a camel safari into the desert is an unforgettable experience.

Ranthambore: The Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is a beautiful 400 sq. km forested area set amongst the Aravalli and Vindhya mountains. The huge fort of Ranthambore is also a part of this reserve. The park is an ideal place to spot the Indian tiger and many other species of wildlife. A jungle safari into Ranthambore can be an exhilarating experience.

Bharatpur: Is famous for the Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary and in winter, this is an ideal place to spot not only Indian bird species but also plenty of migratory birds from colder climes.
