Parik has a background in finance, business development and international tennis. After a short career in professional tennis, an undergraduate business degree from the Ohio State University, USA and prior to completing his MBA at INSEAD, in France and Singapore, Parik led several consulting projects at the Analysis Group, a boutique economic consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Parik also has extensive tourism related experience through organizing various types of travels across the world. An avid international traveler himself, Parik has a compelling passion for tourism in India and a comprehensive knowledge of the country’s numerous attractions and regions. .

Before joining INSEAD, where he completed his MBA with distinction, Alex worked as a project leader (specializing in marketing and sales strategies) at Monitor Group, a top-tier strategy consulting firm. He successfully led brand upgrades, sales force effectiveness, market expansions, pricing and customer segmentation projects as well as turnarounds. Alex has extensively traveled through India and loves sharing his passion for the country. He is a strong believer in superior customer service and will ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure that all Enchanting-India customers have a truly first-class ‘travel India' experience.

Ranjana works in our Bangalore office as a Travel Consulting Manager. Having acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, she began her career in the service industry. She worked a total of seven years with Mphasis and HSBC before making the transition into the travel industry. Traveling is literally in her genes, both her parents having been avid travelers, and she has followed their well tread path since childhood. Speaking with customers, meeting their expectations and providing superior service are some of her strengths. Her aim is to ensure that her team creates suitable itineraries for the clients so that everyone who visits India returns with a satisfied smile!

Renee brings a unique combination of professional skills and a passion for India to her role as travel consultant. After a decade spent as a content strategist and writer for award-winning websites , she found that her love of travel, history, philosophy and culture kept bringing her back to India again and again. Passionate to share this inspiration with others, she now creates custom itineraries for travelers from the US, UK and Australia.

After completing her graduation in finance, Prathima embarked on a career in financial and client services, first with Motorola and later with Citibank, before moving on to an extensive and successful stint in portfolio management and financial advisory with Allegro Capital Advisors. A strong client servicing background and underlying passion for travel finally brought about her move to travel consulting in Enchanting-India.

With a family rooted in the travel industry, Rebecca received her first passport at 6 months and has been traveling ever since! She has a background in Languages and International Relations and has lived and studied across the USA and Europe with personal travel taking her even further. Love eventually brought her to India where she is now married and through her  joy of travel she helps to bring the magic of India alive through personalized trips.

After completing her Master of Science Degree in Remote Sensing and GIS from the Ohio State University, Vineeta worked at a leading American engineering consulting firm as a GIS Consultant and Technical Analyst for three years. Vineeta is well traveled across India and the world and having lived in the United States and Europe, she has a deep understanding of the various western cultures which helps her plan memorable trips for our guests to the most stunning parts of India!

Stella joined Enchanting India in 2009 with a strong background in customer care and project management. Passionate about travel, she has enjoyed exploring much of Africa and North India.  A native of London, but overwhelmed by the beauty and joy of India, today she is based in our Bangalore office where her passion for customer service and strong organizational skills are helping others to also experience the  wonder of this beautiful country! 

Meghna completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communicative English, Psychology and English Literature, before jumping headlong into the world of print and electronic media. A passion for English, good people skills and writing abilities, meant a short stint in AOL, following which she joined Position 2. Her tenure here saw her doubling up as a copywriter, HR person as well as an email support manager. She then moved onto MSN India, where she managed the homepage, its content and promotions. Meghna now works as a Travel Consultant in the Bangalore Office and is also involved in several content projects. A complete greenhorn in the field, she has learnt the ropes of the industry and enjoys sharing her new found passion for the country with her clients.

After having pursued her Masters in Tourism Administration, Kavya began her career with Asiana, a South Korean Airline where she was involved in reservations. Since her passion lay more in discovering India and traversing through it, she joined Enchanting-India and has since focused her attention on preparing good itineraries, travel proposals, interacting with customers and serving them. Her fascination lies in traveling and exploring places.

Having worked as a lawyer and legal recruiter for ten years in the UK and Ireland, Renuka’s passion for living in and exploring new lands brought her to India. Well-versed in giving excellent consumer service and finding the right solution to match a client’s needs (and wallet!), she takes pride in employing the same career skills she has already developed and in giving a high level of service to her Enchanting India clients. Her clients have described her as very easy to work with, very informative and very professional while also being friendly and approachable. Having visited and travelled throughout India on numerous occasions from childhood, she is now enjoying life in Bangalore which is giving her the opportunity to discover more about the country, its people and the treasures it has to offer.
