Parikshat Laxminarayan, Managing Director
Parik has a background in finance, business development and international tennis. Prior to completing his MBA at INSEAD, Parik led several consulting projects at Analysis Group, a boutique economic litigation consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Parik also has tourism-related experience through organizing company and informal trips in India, and negotiating rates with hotels. An avid international traveler himself, Parik has a strong passion for tourism in India and an in-depth knowledge of the country’s various attractions and regions.

Alexander Metzler, Managing Director
Before joining INSEAD, where he completed his MBA with distinction, Alex worked as a project leader (specializing in marketing and sales strategies) at Monitor Group, a top-tier strategy consulting firm. He successfully led brand upgrade, sales force
effectiveness, market expansion, pricing and customer segmentation projects as well as turnarounds. Alex has extensively traveled through India and loves sharing his passion for the country. He is a strong believer in superior customer service
and will go the extra mile to ensure that all customers of Enchanting-India have a truly superior travel India experience. |

Florian Keller, Enchanting Africa
Working at Monitor Group, a leading strategy consulting firm, for more than eight years, Florian gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of emerging markets in South America and Africa and spent three years managing and coordinating strategy projects in several African countries. During this time, he discovered that his true passion is exploring hidden and fascinating corners of our world and sharing his excitement about the many beautiful places with other people enabling them to experience facets of our world they didn’t know exist.

Ranjana Kishanani, Travel Consulting Manager
Ranjana works in our Bangalore Office as the Travel Consulting Manager. Having acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, she began her career in the service industry. She has worked with Mphasis and HSBC for seven years in totality before making the transition into the travel industry. Traveling is literally in her genes, since both her parents have been avid travelers and she has followed their well tread path since childhood. Speaking with customers, meeting their expectations, providing superior service are some of her strengths. Her aim is to ensure that her team creates suitable itineraries for the clients so that everyone who visits India returns with a smile!

Heike Keller, Travel Consultant
Heike studied tourism and has extensive tourism experience through her work at a German travel agency and her position as a flight attendant at Lufthansa. She works as sales executive in our office in Germany. |

Perezina Poonawala, Travel Consultant
Penny as she is fondly called by the Enchanting India team has extensive work experience with Blue Dart, a subsidiary of FedEx as Supervisor, then worked with British Airways and Jet Airways at Bombay airport followed by several years in Dubai with Emirates Airlines and then doing Research and Advertising for an Oil and Gas company. She returned post Gulf war to India and joined UB Air, Mr. Vijay Mallya’s private fleet of jets and flew as Flight Attendant for several years, flying not just him but many important dignitaries. “I could not be happier doing what I know best working with Enchanting India, with some of the finest team members.” She says.

Meghna Mohan, Travel Consultant
Meghna completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communicative English, Psychology and English Literature, before jumping headlong into the world of print and electronic media. A passion for English, good people's skills and writing abilities meant a short stint in AOL, following which she joined Position 2. Her tenure here saw her doubling up as a copywriter, HR person as well as an email support manager. She then moved onto MSN India, where she managed the homepage, its content and promotions. Meghna now works as a Travel Consultant in the Bangalore Office and is also involved in several content projects. A complete greenhorn in the field, she has learnt the ropes of the industry and enjoys sharing her new found passion for the country with her clients.

Prathima Rijhwani, Travel Consultant
After completing her graduation in finance, Prathima embarked on a career in financial and client services, first with Motorola and later with Citibank, before moving on to an extensive and successful stint in portfolio management and financial advisory with Allegro Capital Advisors. A strong client servicing background and underlying passion for travel finally brought about her move to travel consulting in Enchanting-India.

Kavya Kaveramma, Assistant Travel Consultant
After having pursued her Masters in Tourism Administration, Kavya began her career with Asiana, a South Korean Airline where she was involved in reservations. Since her passion lay more in discovering India and traversing through it, she joined Enchanting-India a year ago and has focused her attention on preparing good itineraries, travel proposals, interacting with customers and serving them. Her fascination lies in traveling and exploring places.

Vineeta Laxminarayan, Travel Consultant
After completing her Master of Science Degree in Remote Sensing and GIS from the Ohio State University, Vineeta worked at a leading American engineering consulting firm as a GIS Consultant and Technical Analyst for three years. Her experience includes database and information management, web development and software programming. Vineeta is responsible for the company’s IT Systems, Knowledge Management and Operations as well as sales and marketing to the English speaking countries around the world.
