Payments made by customers to Enchanting-India are insured against the unlikely event of the company’s bankruptcy, insolvency or cessation of business. The insurance guarantees the traveler an entitlement to full refund of the trip cost paid if travel services cannot be provided as a result of an unlikely illiquidity or the initiation of insolvency proceedings on the assets of Enchanting-India. The total cover for all reimbursement claims in a year is up to a maximum of US $150 million.
